UWI IP Policy
The UWI Policy on Inetllectual Property Management and Commercialisation provides the framework for the ownership and disposition of intellectual property (IP), the rights and responsibilities of those involved and the administrative arrangements for the management of IP at The University. The Policy also provides guidance on the commercialisation of IP developed within The UWI and the use of University-owned trade marks.
