Professor Winston Moore is Deputy Principal of the UWI Cave Hill Campus. Utilising his background in economics, Professor Moore established RICCH for the purpose of driving commercialisation of both research outputs and entreprenurial ideas and providing support for researchers.  Professor Moore also played a key role in establishing the Campus Entrepeneurial Committee and the Intellectual Property Disclosure Committee as structures to support the commercialisation efforts of the Campus.
