Every month, PULSE Points nominations are reviewed by a volunteer panel of two UWI Cave Hill Campus students and two members of staff. The Panel decides which nominations should be awarded PULSE Points, based on the programme criteria.

Staff representatives are chosen by random draw, conducted by the Student Experience Team, Office of Institutional Planning & Infrastructural Services. Students are invited to volunteer to sit on the Panel and Barbadian panelists are awarded Give Back Hours for their service. To join the PULSE Points Panel, you must be either a UWI Cave Hill Campus student or employee, who has NOT submitted or received any PULSE Points nominations during the month under review.
