• Arrange your accommodation in Barbados, if relevant
• Register for Airport Meet and Greet, if relevant
• Finalize your financial arrangements
• Register for Disability Services (students with documented disabilities)

JULY - AUGUST

• Submit Student Visa Forms and supporting documents
• Submit Outstanding Qualifications
• Download the Campus App

AUGUST - SEPTEMBER

• Complete the self-paced Online Orientation (August 7)
• Attend:
  • Postgraduate Orientation – (August 25 & 27)
  • Commencement Service (August 23)
  • Matriculation Ceremony (August 28)
  • Faculty Orientation and Academic Advising (August 24 – August 28)
• Pay your University Fees (Guild Fee, Amenities Fee, Science Fee (FST students), ID Card Fee)
• Register for courses according to the schedule
• Pay your Programme Fees (Economic Cost, Tuition Fees)
• Submit scholarship documents to Student Accounts, Bursary (Scholarship holders)
• Download the Campus App if not yet done

SEPTEMBER

• Ensure course registration is accurate and complete payment of fees
• Confirm the name of your Academic Advisor for engagement during the semester
• Attend:
  • Fresher's Week Activities
  • New Student Information Sessions
• Make any changes to course registration by the deadline
• Ensure completion of fee payment by the deadline
• Check your Personal Information in CHOL and update if necessary

After Registration, you officially become a full-fledged Blackbird ready to soar through the academic year! Your next step therefore will be to:
