Chloe is an educator and education specialist with an eclectic portfolio of international experience in teaching, administration, and research. She is broadly interested in the intersections of education, language, technology, and culture, particularly in the Caribbean and Eastern Africa. Chloe is a Rhodes Scholar, and recently completed a PhD in Education from the University of Oxford, with a focus on academic integrity and the digital economy.
