Rachel Frame is a Research Assistant in the Caribbean Educational Research Center at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. She was born and raised in Grenada. She holds a BEd in English and Literature from the University of the West Indies Open Campus and graduated with distinction with an MEd in Language and Literacy Studies from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Rachel has served as a secondary school English Language teacher in Grenada for over a decade before joining the team at the Caribbean Educational Research Center.
