Miss Bethlene Ferdinand holds a Master Degree in Education where she specialized in Educational Leadership and was the Head of the Modern Languages Department of a secondary school in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where she comes from. She firmly believes in her teaching philosophy of educating and shaping young minds even beyond academia and preparing them for life challenges. She has a passion for the Languages and the field of Education. Bethlene brings to the table a passion for youth development through volunteerism and professional development training. She is furthering her studies in the field of Education Policy and the characteristics surrounding teaching and learning in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Caribbean.
