Students are encouraged to first have a dialogue with the lecturer of the course in question. If this proves to be unsuccessful, you are encouraged to contact your Head of Department, and then the Dean of the Faculty, if the situation necessitates. Each student enrolled at the University is expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the goals and values of the University. It is imperative that each student is aware of these responsibilities and obligation; in addition to the rights afforded to them.
