The infrastructure of any Island State depends on the capabilities of its construction sector. Excellent construction management practice can be a considerable source of competitive advantage and growth. If you plan, build, supply or support the construction industry, this Programme may be for you, because you know that contemporary building means “green” design, a host of regulatory requirements, and other factors that make executing construction projects more complex. The M.Sc. in Construction Management - a product of a Construction Sector, Government and University strategic alliance – is a response to the challenge of delivering a continuing source of construction industry professionals who are up to the task of optimizing building projects in the 21st century.
