Welcome to the Cave Hill Campus Online Student Information System (CHOL). A warm welcome is extended to all students for the 2008/2009 academic year.

You can use this site to access personal information, academic records and important official information on academic matters such as registration and examinations. Use the CHOL LOGIN link on the right to login.

Student Registration

Registration will be facilitated using the Cave Hill online registration system. The system is available to students 24 hours a day.

New students are reminded that they must receive academic counseling before registration. Students have until September 12th, 2008 to register.

All students are asked to use the provided verification system to ensure that their registration period is correct. The verification system also allows students to check class schedules.

Summer/Supplemental 2007-2008 Examinations

Students are reminded that ALL examination results are issued subject to approval by the relevant Faculty Boards of Examiners and confirmation by the University Senate. Boards of Examiners may amend grades prior to approval by University Senate.

THE DEADLINE DATE FOR REQUESTS FOR REMARKS AND/OR DISCUSSIONS (DISCUSSION MEANS - GO THROUGH A FAILED SCRIPT ONLY) OF EXAMINATION RESULTS IS AUGUST 29, 2008. NO REQUESTS WOULD BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.

Students expecting to complete their programme and graduate at the end of SUMMER/SUPPLEMENTAL 2007-2008 are asked to check their on-line records carefully as well as to ensure that names and addresses are correct. If there are errors please report these immediately to the Admissions/Registrations Office of Student Affairs.

STUDENTS ARE ALSO INFORMED THAT THERE IS CURRENTLY A GRADE HOLD APPLIED TO ALL STUDENTS RECORDS WHICH WILL BE REMOVED WHEN RESULTS ARE MADE OFFICIAL.
