The Payment Plan is an agreement beween the student and The UWI Cave Hill Campus to allow the student to pay Tuition Fees, Economic Costs and Hall Fees, as applicable in monthly instalments over the period of a semester.
The University Registration Fees must be paid in full prior to course registration. These include Amenities Fees, Guild Fees, Science Fee (where applicable), Pelican Perks Advantage Fee, and ID Card Fee (for New Students).
Who Can Apply for a Payment Plan?
All fees are due in full at registration. If you are unable to pay your Tuition Fees, Economic Costs & Accomodation charges in full at registration you may apply for the payment plan online in the semester for which you wish to use the payment options after completing your course registration.
Note: The Payment Plan do not cover outstanding balances from prior Semesters
Payment Methods and Due Dates
All payments are due at the end of the month, the first instalment payment is due at the end of the month in which you enroll in the payment plan. Payments may be made using our usual payment methods: At theCashier, Online via CHOL; Bank Transfers.
How to Apply for a Payment Plan?
Payment Plans for Semester 2 2025/2026 available from January 12, 2026 course registration must be completed prior to enrolling in a payment plan.
