The SERU is the Customer Service arm of Student Affairs.  Services provided include the issuing and validating of student ID cards, the preparation of student Status Letters, and serving as a collection point for transcripts and letters of certification.  The SERU also serves as an information hub, assisting with questions regarding admissions, registration, academic support, financial aid and more.

We are located on the ground floor of the Leslie Robinson Building.  Ask the security officer on duty for directions if you are unsure.
