Agile Project Management

Registration is Open

Overview

Agile project management is a key factor for success in today's business world. Companies that adopt Agile principles are able to deliver value faster, adapt to changing needs resulting in faster software or product delivery, and achieve higher customer satisfaction. On the other hand, companies that continue to use traditional methods are losing ground to their Agile competitors. The evidence is clear: Agile companies are setting new records for earnings and stock prices, while non-Agile ones are struggling to survive. Add the Agile approach to your project management toolbox with the SCHSBM’s Agile Project Management Programme and become more marketable within today’s changing project management environment.

In this practical programme you will be introduced to core Agile principles and methodologies of the Agile Project Management framework based on the Dynamic Systems Development Methodology (DSDM), and to key Agile and Scrum frameworks. Specifically, you will learn how to plan and run projects using Agile Scrum and Kanban methods, and Lean. You will also assess the benefits and disadvantages of using hybrid methods such as Lean Startup, Scaled Agile for the Enterprise (SAFe), and Disciplined Agile Development. In this way, this programme will prepare you for both agile delivery and agile management. The content delivered will enable you to achieve better practical results in your projects using adaptive approaches, thus equipping you with the skills needed to become competent Agile practitioners.
