Brian Chandler is a Research Assistant in the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management. He graduated from the UWI Cave Hill Campus with a BSc. Accounting and Finance in 2017. He went on to work in the financial sector in various accounting roles for both public and private companies. After completing his MSc. Business Analytics (Marketing) MSc in 2021, he joined the UWI. His current area of research is instrumental leadership and its impact on firm international competitiveness.
Mr. Chandler is keen on fitness and all-around wellness of the body, mind, and spirit. He is an avid gym goer and sportsman who likes to play football, engage in CrossFit, and he also plays chess on occasion. time. He has also volunteered with the Bahai community of Barbados, feeding the homeless and giving out clothes to the less fortunate.
