Programme Overview
See Beyond the Balance Sheet: Master Valuation. Influence Decisions. Create Value.
Numbers tell the story when you know how to read them. Financial Analysis and Valuation equips finance professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers to decode complex financials, uncover what truly drives performance, and make confident investment and strategic calls.
Over five intensive days, you will analyse profitability, liquidity, and solvency, identify performance drivers, and spot red flags before they become risks. Working with real-world data and hands-on modeling, you will master core valuation methods like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions, and tackle advanced topics such as valuing high-growth firms, integrating ESG factors, and using AI-driven modeling tools to sharpen forecasts.
This is a practical, interactive programme designed for immediate impact. Through case studies, group exercises, and live scenario simulations, you will learn to translate numbers into strategy, craft compelling financial narratives for stakeholders, and influence decisions with evidence.
On successful completion of the programme, you will be able to:
