Stacey Blackman is a Professor of Inclusive Education and Disability Studies at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. She completed her first and second degrees at the University of the West Indies, and her PhD at Cambridge University (UK) as a Cambridge Commonwealth and Chevening Scholar.
