The Library will undertake to obtain on interlibrary loan material which is not available in its collection.
Application forms are available at the Circulation and Reference Desks, or you may
complete and submit an online application.
Depending on availability and location,
it generally takes 3-6 weeks to obtain material through ILL. Users are contacted when borrowed material has arrived, and are required to pick up the material at the Circulation Desk.
Please note that libraries will not usually lend rare, fragile, or expensive material, or periodicals. In the event that only small portions of a work, or perhaps only an article from a journal is needed, it may be possible to obtain photocopies or an electronic copy.

Exact bibliographical details,
including inclusive page references, are very necessary. Borrowers will be required to sign a declaration for material which is copyrighted.
Patrons will be required to pay for all material borrowed, photocopied or purchased on their behalf, at the supplier's rate. Payment for transportation costs, both ways, may also be required, particularly if the material is sent by airmail and insured.
Patrons are reminded to check the Library's
electronic journals for articles before submitting requests.
