Dear New Student

Welcome to the Blackbird Family!

We are excited to invite you to join FYE 0100: First Year Experience for the upcoming academic year! This year-long course is designed to connect you with fellow new students and provide essential resources to help you settle into campus life.

Each week, you will participate in small group sessions led by a Facilitator and Peer Mentor, covering topics such as Citizenship, Academic Integrity, and Time Management. You will also enjoy social activities, like the annual NIFCA Gala. FYE not only expands your network but also offers a space to relax and reflect on your campus experience.

To learn more and enroll, simply sign up in CHOL and select FYE 0100. Do not miss our launch event on Friday, September 6, 2024, at 2 PM, in LT1, Roy Marshall Teaching Complex. You will meet the FYE Coordinator, Facilitators, Peer Mentors, and fellow new students like yourself.
