MISSION

We engage students to become socially and professionally competent with enduring values of civic responsibility, diversity, and lifelong learning.

VISION

To foster innovative out-of-classroom learning experiences that promote student engagement (campus & community life), lifelong learning and global citizenship.

Students can expect:

To be addressed and treated in a courteous, professional and respectful manner.
To receive answers to questions or be directed to someone who can provide the answer.
To be encouraged to advocate for themselves, but to receive help from Student Services staff if issues are not addressed in an appropriate manner.

Student Services staff will:

Appreciate the diversity of our community and will give fair and equitable treatment to all.
Value your input and respect your opinion.
Work to help you have a positive experience at the University of the West Indies.
