Cricket Coach

After a relatively successful career as a player where he represented Barbados at all levels, Rohan transitioned into coaching, becoming a certified ECB/WICB Level 3 coach. He is a meticulous coach who spends lots of time focusing on the small details and his philosophy is to maximise an individual’s ability to excel within a team setting.
 
The highlight of his coaching career thus far was being appointed as the assistant coach of the West Indies under 16 team on a tour to England.
