Pedro has work extensively witih both men and women, racking up over 6 years experience as a coach. He worked as an assistant coach in the Canadian GT20 League with the Vancouver Knights, an assistant coach with the St. Lucia Zouks in the CPL and a Head Coach with the Combine Colleges and Campuses cricket team. He also served as an assistant coach with the Barbados Women's Cricket Team.
