Groups and organisations interested in renting the facility should take a look at the following steps/guidelines:
- A booking request must be submitted in writing
- A downpayment is required for booking the facility
- Public liability insurance and any certificates or other documents deemed relevant to the booking must be obtained for major events
- An agreement must be signed
