• Rate applies to a Standard Guestroom, inclusive of breakfast for one
• Reservations must be booked through the official ResLink provided above
• A credit card is required to secure the booking
• Final booking date: Wednesday, March 18, 2026
• A one (1) night deposit will be charged at the time of booking
• Free cancellation permitted until Wednesday, March 18, 2026
  • After this date, the deposit becomes non‑refundable
• If the deposit is not received by March 18, 2026, the reservation will be cancelled
• No-show reservations: deposit is non‑refundable
• All attendees must present a letter confirming conference attendance at check‑in
  • Failure to provide this letter will result in a change to the regular room rate
