Physical fitness is an absolute must and has been proven to aid in reducing stress and increasing mental capacity. As such, the Academy of Sport has invested heavily into its Aerobics programme to ensure that our students have the opportunity to improve their health, even if they are not involved in a particular sporting discipline. The platform has been set for persons to get or stay in shape in a fun, energizing and rhythmic manner.
