
The Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management (SCHSBM) invites applications for the Sustainability Leadership Scholarship, a partial-tuition award designed to support the next generation of sustainability-focused business leaders.
This scholarship recognises candidates who are committed to advancing sustainable, resilient organisations and communities, and who demonstrate a clear vision for driving meaningful environmental, social, and economic impact.
SCHSBM will award up to five (5) scholarships, each covering 25% of tuition for the full duration of the programme.
This scholarship applies to candidates accepted into the following postgraduate programmes:
MBA in Sustainable Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Develops strategic leaders capable of designing resilient, ethical, and globally integrated supply chains. This programme equips professionals to manage procurement and logistics with a focus on sustainability, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
MBA in Sustainability Management
Equips leaders to embed sustainability into corporate strategy, governance, and decision-making. Graduates gain the skills to drive responsible growth, manage environmental and social impact, and lead organisations through global sustainability challenges.
MSc Sustainable Air Transport and Aviation Management with a Commercial Pilot Licence
Prepares future aviation leaders to manage complex air transport systems while advancing sustainability, safety, and operational excellence. The programme integrates aviation management, sustainability principles, and professional pilot training for global aviation careers.
Applicants must be accepted into a full-time or part-time postgraduate programme listed as eligible for the Sustainability Leadership Scholarship at the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management, The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus (SCHSBM).
Applicants must meet all entry requirements for the relevant postgraduate programme and formally accept their offer of admission to be considered for the scholarship.
Open to domestic and international candidates.
Essay Requirement
Applicants are required to submit a short essay of approximately 600 words on the topic:
“Why should sustainability be a priority in your sector today, and how do you see yourself contributing to more resilient, environmentally responsible practices in the Caribbean and beyond with your postgraduate qualification?”
Essays should highlight the applicant’s passion for sustainability and share how their professional or personal experiences have shaped their commitment to sustainable leadership.
