Mrs. Neila Hinkson has been with the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management since 1986.  Having entered the business school  as a Stenographer Clerk Grade II, she acted as a Grade I Stenographer Clerk from 2003 until she was promoted to Administrative Assistant of the department’s Undergraduate Section in June of 2008.  In this position, Mrs. Hinkson is responsible for the largest and most complex academic section at the Cave Hill Campus. Over the years, she has been the recipient of several student commendations for student-centredness and is well known for her willingness to go the extra mile.

A committed member of the Girl Guides Association of Barbados, she has served as a Brownie Guider at the Grazettes Primary School from 1992 to the present. For the past seven years, Mrs. Hinkson has also served as the Chairwoman of the Barbados Brownie Awards Committee.  She enjoys spending time with loved ones, organising family events, playing games or finishing a crochet project in her spare time.
