Senior Lecturer in Management Studies

Dr. Dion Greenidge is  the Executive Director and CEO of the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management as well as a Senior Lecturer in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Team Building and Business Analytics.  Since taking up this administrative post in 2018, Dr. Greenidge has spearheaded the development of a number of programme-related and revenue generation initiatives to meet the education needs of various UWI stakeholders.  One of these is the Centre for Professional Development and Lifelong Learning (CPDLL) which was established to offer university level courses in a singular format to the general public.

Dr. Greenidge is well published in professional peer-reviewed journals in his field of organisational psychology, and has developed an expertise in the area of psychometric testing.  The Hierarchical Personality Assessment Questionnaire (HIPAQ) which he self-developed has been translated into Mandarin and has brought him to the attention of firms in UK and Latin America seeking expertise in personality assessment, and in the measurement of emotional intelligence.
