Dr Cathy Norville

Lecturer in Human Resource Management

Dr. Cathy Norville has been a People Strategist for more than twenty years.  She joined the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management as a full-time Faculty member in 2022, after several years as an Adjunct Lecturer in the field of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development. She has held senior management positions in the fields of data processing, technology and financial services, and is a Consultant to several entities within the manufacturing and hospitality sectors.
 
Dr. Norville lectures at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, bringing a wealth of practical and theoretical knowledge to the classroom, which augurs well for a positive learning experience for the students.  She is passionate about seeing a cadre of competent people leaders emerge in the Caribbean, and is well-loved by her students. In addition to sharing in the classroom, she contributes to this goal through her People Mastery Mentorship Programme.
