Learn the science and the art of managing people and organisations! A BSc. Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management will equip you with the tools to effectively support individuals and teams toward personal and organisational success.

Research
Our Faculty’s research in Human Resources Management has had local, regional and global impact.
- Professor Dwayne Devonish has expertise in the area of strategic planning and employee wellness and was tasked with crafting the National Workplace Wellness Policy for Barbados in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Dr. Akhentoolove Corbin has expertise in the area of leadership and has researched the role of leadership in the success/failure of West Indies Cricket Teams.
- Dr. Dion Greenidge has expertise in psychometric assessment. He developed the The Hierarchical Personality Assessment Questionnaire (HIPAQ) which has been translated into Mandarin.
