About the Programme
The Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management (DM-HR) exposes participants to a wealth of knowledge and techniques related to the management of human capital. The programme gives comprehensive coverage of key aspects of the field including human resources development and planning, human resources management, compensation and industrial relations.
The DM-HR seeks to enrich the practical ability of participants as they learn from academics as well as senior human resource management professionals. Additionally, the DM-HR provides a platform for acceleration into the Cave Hill School of Business and Management MBA programme, since successful completion of the diploma increases the probability of meeting the entry requirements.
