International Certificate in Enterprise Risk and Resilience Management

Overview

The current “risk-prone” environment businesses face today require leaders and employees to apply new thinking and effective risk management methodologies to help navigate the maze of uncertainty, volatility, and hyperconnectivity. Therefore, the International Certificate in Enterprise Risk and Resilience Management (ICERRM) programme will introduce you to the tenets of the recently revised ERM framework and it will prepare you to develop an integrated, organisation-wide, and risk-aware perspective of organisational strategy and implementation to improve business performance. You will learn how to identify various types of risk across your organisation including internal audit risk, financial risk, cybersecurity and AI risk, and ESG and sustainability risk, and how to protect against potential harm using practical ERM tools.
