Why Study in Barbados
The best business schools anticipate the needs of global firms and lead the market through programme innovation. As industries grasp the power of information to deliver competitive advantage, the demand for big data expertise continues to grow. To ensure that our MSc. Business Analytics graduates are ready for the global marketplace, the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management moved to revamp its MSc. Business Analytics programme suite in 2021, though less than five years old. We have introduced concentrations in Aviation Management, Logistics Analytics, Tourism and Hospitality Analytics, Risk Management and Financial Engineering alongside the concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
Our students are also getting opportunities to utilise their skills prior to graduation. The research component of the 2021 National Seek and Save Programme was a collaborative effort between our undergraduates, who went from door-to-door collecting key household information and our Business Analytics graduate students who mined the data to uncover lifesaving information. Every MSc. Business Analytics student is required to undertake a comprehensive project involving data preparation, mining and visualisation for a Caribbean business looking to enhance its data science know-how.
Be a part of the data driven business revolution and save money by completing your graduate degree in 18 months rather than 24 - 30 months.
