
The Diploma in Management with a focus on Procurement Management (DM-PM) caters exclusively to professionals in the field. This programme focuses on a highly specialised field that is the backbone of organisations and governments across the globe. This programme translates years of on-the-job experience into the foundation of a formal qualification that provides leverage for a structured, upwardly mobile career path in procurement in both the public and private sectors.
The DM-PM seeks to enrich the practical ability of participants as they learn from academics as well as senior management and marketing professionals. Additionally, the DM-PM provides a platform for acceleration into the Cave Hill School of Business and Management MBA programme, since successful completion of the diploma increases the probability of meeting the entry requirements.
The Faculty of the Cave Hill School of Business and Management conducts research in a wide cross-section of areas including, but not limited to, leadership, workplace bullying, psychometric assessment, entrepreneurship, business development, consumer behaviour, marketing, project management, industrial psychology, ethics, finance and investments, and accounting theory and practice.

An applicant must have either:
1. A UWI Certificate in Business Administration or Public Administration, a two-year diploma from a UWI recognised institution in a related field, 5 CXCs (or O’levels) and a minimum of 2 years junior to middle level management experience;
OR
2. An Associate Degree from a UWI recognised institution and a minimum of two years junior to middle level management experience;
OR
3. At least 5 CXCs (or O’levels) and a minimum of four years middle to senior level management experience.
