MBA Cybersecurity Management

About the Programme

Amidst rising cyber threats and increasingly complex regulatory environments, organisations are urgently seeking cybersecurity leaders who can protect, adapt, and create competitive advantage. The MBA in Cybersecurity Management is designed for professionals who want to operate at the centre of that demand. It empowers professionals across the Caribbean and beyond to build regional resilience and safeguard critical digital infrastructure, while positioning themselves for high-growth leadership careers in the global digital economy.

This programme develops leaders who can assess vulnerabilities, manage cyber risk, and respond decisively to emerging threats, while still speaking the language of boards, CEOs, and investors. Students gain mastery of core MBA disciplines such as leadership, finance, governance, and operations, while simultaneously deepening their understanding of security frameworks, incident response, threat intelligence, resilience planning, and regulatory compliance.

Rather than training technical specialists alone, this MBA cultivates strategic decision-makers who can design enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and align protection measures with long-term business objectives. Graduates emerge ready to step into roles such as Chief Information Security Officer, Cyber Risk Manager, Digital Transformation Strategist, or Security and Governance Lead—equipped not only to defend, but to lead.
