
The Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management (SCHSBM) invites applications for the MSC Degree Programmes with a Commercial Pilot Licence Scholarship, a partial-tuition award supporting postgraduate candidates pursuing advanced aviation studies with a Commercial Pilot Licence.
This scholarship is designed to develop future aviation leaders equipped to advance safety, sustainability, operational excellence, and innovation across regional and global aviation systems. It recognises individuals with strong academic potential and a clear commitment to leadership within the aviation sector.
SCHSBM will award up to eight (8) scholarships, with four (4) scholarships available for each eligible programme, each covering 25% of tuition for the duration of the programme.
The MSC Degree Programmes with a Commercial Pilot Licence Scholarship applies to candidates accepted into the following programmes:
MSc Aviation & Airline Business Analytics with Commercial Pilot Licence
Combines aviation management, business analytics, and commercial pilot training. Graduates are equipped to optimise airline operations and lead data-informed decision-making in global aviation environments.
MSc Sustainable Air Transport & Aviation Management with Commercial Pilot Licence
Prepares future aviation leaders to manage complex air transport systems while advancing sustainability, safety, and operational excellence. The programme integrates aviation management, sustainability principles, and commercial pilot training for global aviation careers.
Applicants must meet all entry requirements for the relevant postgraduate programme and formally accept their offer of admission to be considered for the scholarship.
Applicants be admitted to one of the eligible MSc aviation programme at the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management (SCHSBM), The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and formally accept the offer of admission.
Open to domestic and international applicants.
Applicants are required to submit an essay of approximately 600 words addressing the following:
“How do you envision contributing to the future of aviation leadership, and how will your postgraduate studies prepare you to elevate safety, sustainability, innovation, or operational excellence in the aviation industry?”
