In a world where every decision is measured by its strategic, financial, and operational impact, leaders cannot afford to outsource analytics and AI thinking to technical teams. They must understand how these capabilities shape value, risk, customer experience, and competitive advantage.

Data Analytics and AI for Leaders: Analysis to Action equips decision makers with the insight, confidence, and frameworks needed to turn analytics and AI into engines of performance. This is not a technical bootcamp. It is a high-impact executive experience focused on what leaders must see, question, decide, and drive to transform data into meaningful business outcomes.

Participants gain boardroom-ready competencies: reading dashboards with precision, challenging assumptions, interrogating data quality, evaluating AI use cases, governing risks, and guiding analytics and AI investments that align with enterprise strategy, culture, and long-term value creation.

Programme Objectives 

On successful completion of this programme, you will be able to: 

  • Explain the strategic value of data analytics and AI in modern organisations. 
  • Differentiate between descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics and their applications. 
  • Assess the quality, readiness, and limitations of data used for analytics and AI. 
  • Interpret analytical insights, predictive outputs, and AI-generated recommendations for business decision-making. 
  • Identify meaningful trends, anomalies, and segments using AI-assisted analytical tools. 
  • Evaluate the potential business impact of analytics and AI use cases across functional areas. 
  • Apply principles of effective visualisation and data storytelling using both traditional and AI-supported tools. 
  • Discuss key considerations for responsible AI.

CANCELLATIONS

  • The Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management (SCHSBM) reserves the right to make changes to any printed or online information on short courses, instructors, or course information; or cancel any short course due to under-subscription or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Delegates will be notified at least seven (7) days before the start of any course that must be cancelled.
  • Fees for short courses cancelled by the SCHSBM will be refunded in full.
  • The SCHSBM will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that result from course cancellations.

REFUNDS

Due to the costs incurred for program preparation and administration any cancellations received 30 days or less from the program start date are subject to fees as described below. For programs with a virtual component, the start date will be considered the first day of live learning.
