The High-Impact Leadership Programme is crafted for leaders who are ready to operate at this level. It is for executives who want to amplify their influence, elevate their strategic thinking, and drive meaningful, sustained organisational impact.

Over five immersive days, you will embarkon a transformational journey that begins with personal purpose and expands into organisational purpose, strategic foresight, enterprise innovation, and systems-level transformation. This progression builds the mindset, capabilities, and behaviours that distinguish high-impact leaders in today’s complex, fast-moving environment.

You will uncover the defining stories and values that shape your leadership identity and learn how to use purpose as a catalyst for clarity, confidence, and influence. You will explore how purpose fuels culture, guides strategic choices, strengthens customer experience, and energises teams. As the programme deepens, you will sharpen your strategic foresight, learn to navigate disruption with confidence, and design innovative strategies that deliver measurable business value. From there, you will step into the work of building the next-generation enterprise—one powered by digital enablement, ecosystem collaboration, sustainable innovation, and human-centred leadership. The programme culminates in mastering the art and discipline of leading transformation: shifting systems, reshaping mindsets, and accelerating organisational change with purpose at the core.

CANCELLATIONS

  • The Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management (SCHSBM) reserves the right to make changes to any printed or online information on short courses, instructors, or course information; or cancel any short course due to under-subscription or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Delegates will be notified at least seven (7) days before the start of any course that must be cancelled.
  • Fees for short courses cancelled by the SCHSBM will be refunded in full.
  • The SCHSBM will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that result from course cancellations.

REFUNDS

Due to the costs incurred for program preparation and administration any cancellations received 30 days or less from the program start date are subject to fees as described below. For programs with a virtual component, the start date will be considered the first day of live learning.
