Overview

Build Organisational Cybersecurity Resilience

Cybersecurity risk has always been a traditionally IT-specific topic but with the large-scale digital concerns surrounding organisational and client data protection, this issue is no longer the responsibility of the IT and technical specialist alone. Develop the capabilities that you need to safeguard against and respond to cyber-attacks with the SCHSBM’s Cybersecurity Risk and AI Strategy Programme. Help your organisation build digital resilience by fortifying the cybersecurity systems you have already established, and by developing a strategic risk mitigation plan to identify, prepare for and respond to diverse cyberattacks. Gain the skills needed to assess and mitigate the impact of specific security vulnerabilities within your organisation’s networks, systems and data.

Programme Goals

The goals of the programme are to:

  • Assess current cybersecurity risks associated with your organisation’s infrastructure and software.
  •  Evaluate your organisation’s readiness against complex cybersecurity threat vectors.

Learning Objectives

On successful completion of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Identify the different types of cyber-attacks and the business systems that are more vulnerable to cybersecurity risk.
  •  Outline the stages of a cyber-attack.
  •  Effectively respond to a cyber-attack simulation.
  •  Defend the information resources of your organisation against cybersecurity threats.
  •  Build a strategic risk mitigation plan for your organisation that includes the necessary legal and compliance steps for effectively reporting and responding to cyber-attacks
