Dr. Nicole Knight

Lecturer in International Business and Organisational Behaviour

Programme Coordinator - MSc. Management with International Management Specialisation

A decade after graduation from UWI Cave Hill Campus, Dr. Nicole Knight returned in 2004 to share the knowledge she acquired in the classroom and in the industry. Dr. Knight specialises in human resources management and in managing businesses and people across borders and cultural contexts.  She is an active member of HRMAB (Human Resource Management Association of Barbados) as part of her effort to bridge the gap between academia and industry.  

Family is important to Dr. Knight and she enjoys spending time with her parents,siblings and teenage son. She also dedicates time and energy to charitable work and to personal health and fitness.
