The Office of Research, Innovation and Commmunity at Cave Hill (RICCH) actively engages in research support and entrepreneurial activities at the Cave Hill Campus.  We facilitate partnerships with companies, government and other organisations to create new commercial products and services for the local, regional and international markets. RICCH works closely with the Campus Entreprenuership Committee, the Intellectual Property Disclosure Committee and the Office of Business Development to translate innovative research and ideas into new products and services! Grant Funding Opportunities
Grants represent money or other resources given to support research or development projects.  Unlike a loan, a grant is a gift and the funds do not need to be repaid. Organisations that provide grant funds have specific interests that they seek to fund.  They advise the public about their grants by announcing a Call for Proposals (Call) or Request for Proposals (RFP): providing details of the themes they are interested in, the application process and deadlines. The time between the announcement of a Call and application deadline is normally very short, so it is a good idea to have research or project proposals ready when awaiting a specific Call.
