It&#8217;s designed to celebrate and encourage employee commitment to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/pulse\/service-values\/\">service values<\/a> &#8211; attentiveness, efficiency, courtesy, and equity. <\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA PULSE Point is a moment of truth\u2014an interaction, phone call, or email exchange between you and a UWI Cave Hill employee who provides exceptional customer service. It embodies the kind of attentiveness, efficiency, or courtesy that warms your heart or makes it skip a beat. Students, staff, and other Campus visitors or customers may <a href=\"https:\/\/uwicavehill.welcomesyourfeedback.com\/s\/PULSEPoints26-27\" target=\"_blank\">nominate<\/a> a Cave Hill employee for a PULSE Point whenever they are impressed by the quality of their customer service.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEvery month, PULSE Points nominations are reviewed by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/pulse\/pulse-points-panels\/\">volunteer panel<\/a> of Cave Hill students and staff. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/pulse\/view-recent-nominations\/\">PULSE Points awardees<\/a> receive a special certificate signed by the Campus Principal and are featured on the Campus\u2019 website and other communications. <em>(Note, however, that nominating customers can opt to keep their names and\/or nominations private.)<\/em> Each academic year, the employee who has received the highest number of PULSE Points receives the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/pulse\/pulse-points-annual-award\/\">PULSE Points Annual Award<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRead about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/pulse\/criteria-for-nominations\/\">criteria<\/a> for awarding PULSE Points, based on the Campus\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/pulse\/service-values\/\">service values<\/a>, then <a href=\"https:\/\/uwicavehill.welcomesyourfeedback.com\/s\/PULSEPoints26-27\" target=\"_blank\">submit a nomination here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Haven\u2019t experienced a PULSE Point lately?<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhy not give a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/pulse\/pointers\/\">PULSE Pointer<\/a>?
