The Panel decides which nominations should be awarded PULSE Points, based on the programme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/pulse\/criteria-for-nominations\/\" target=\"_blank\">criteria<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Staff representatives are chosen by random draw, conducted by the Student Experience Team, Office of Institutional Planning &amp; Infrastructural Services. Students are invited to volunteer to sit on the Panel and Barbadian panelists are awarded Give Back Hours for their service.
