{"id":42,"date":"2022-05-27T11:04:35","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T15:04:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/newstudents\/registration-home\/"},"modified":"2026-07-10T16:39:57","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T20:39:57","slug":"registration-home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cavehill.uwi.edu\/newstudents\/registration\/registration-home\/","title":{"rendered":"Registration Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<section id=\"contentpage-div\">\n<div class=\"page-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div id=\"main-content\" class=\"pagecontent bodytext\">\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n<h1 class=\"page-header\">Registration <\/h1>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tRegistration is the process by which you formally select the courses you will take each semester and pay your fees.&nbsp; This is done online via CHOL.&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tBefore you select your courses, you are expected to meet with an Academic Advisor (undergraduate students) or programme coordinator (graduate students) in your Faculty to discuss your programme, your individual circumstances, and the recommended courses to take in your first semester. This will normally take place during <strong>Faculty Orientation and Registration Week which this year will run from August 24 &#8211; 28, 2026.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Registration Week for Semester II will take place from January 11 &#8211; 15, 2027.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>PLEASE NOTE that you will not be able to select your courses on the CHOL system until you have paid your University Registration Fees<\/strong> (this includes the Amenities Fees, Guild Fees, Science Fee (FST students), PPAP Fee,and ID Card Fee).<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Your registration is not complete until you have paid your University Registration Fees AND your Programme Fees,<\/strong>&nbsp;or made suitable arrangements with the Bursary through the Student Accounts section, concerning the payment of your Programme Fees.
