Course Registration and Academic Counselling 2021-2022
Registration Steps
STEP 1: All StudentsPay registration and programme fees 
by deadline of January 14th, 2022
STEP 2: Undergraduate Students: Attend Dean’s Address – see the New Student Academic Counselling and Registration Schedule to see the  date/time of your session.

Postgraduate Students: Attend postgraduate orientation and academic counselling session, Monday January 10th, 2022.
STEP 3: Please see registration schedule, Click here
You will be notified about the collection of your ID card at a later date.
STEP 4: All Students: Select courses for Semester II using Cave Hill On-Line (CHOL) by Friday,  January 14th, 2022. Click here for instructions, view registration how-to videos and get explanations of CHOL terminology.

in CHOL are listed alphabetically by subject area code (e.g. ACCT - Accounting).  
STEP 5: All Students: Print your Semester 1 timetable from CHOL.
STEP 6: All Students: Complete final Add/Drop course adjustments and make any resulting additional payments resulting from these adjustments by Friday, January 28th, 2022.
Your offer will be withdrawn if you are a newly admitted student and have not selected courses by January 28th, 2022. You should feel free to re-apply to the Campus when your circumstances permit.

Students with questions about financial matters should contact the Student Accounts section of the Bursary by email to before January 10th, 2022 to avoid Financial Holds.

If you need a payment plan these are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, but you should visit the Fees and Financial aid website and note the applicable deadlines.
