Historic Hike! St. Philip

Sunday, September 24, 2023 - We are ready to explore the beautiful parish of St. Philip, with its spectacular coastlines and fascinating historical sites (starting/ending point: by the Ragged Point Lighthouse area).
Provided below is the proposed hike route:
Start by the Ragged Point Lighthouse, and then follow a trail that will lead to Skeete’s Bay. Upon reaching Skeete’s Bay, follow the road going from the St. Catherine’s area; then travel along the road to return to the Ragged Point Lighthouse area.
Hikers leave at 3:30 p.m., but be at the base 30 minutes/1 hour before to complete the registration/check-in process.

Payments can be made in person at the University Bookshop, the Bursary Cashier or via the online payment option at https://bit.ly/3U7LsyQ.
Registration fees per hike, per person:
- Adults (18 years & older) BBD$20
- UWI students (with valid ID) BBD$10
- Children (ages 5-17 years) BBD$5
Registration and payments should be completed by Friday, September 22, 2023, at 12.00 noon. Receipts are required as proof of payment. Kindly scan/photograph and email to secretariat60@cavehill.uwi.edu. If you are unable to do so, remember to walk with your receipt on hike day.
