Cave Hill, BVI Int Arbitration Centre Sign Expansive MOU

The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and the British Virgin Islands International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC) have formalised their partnership in support of students and research into dispute resolution.
The two parties signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) earlier this month to promote arbitration and other means of dispute resolution. Under the agreement, the BVI IAC will offer internships and fellowships to students from Cave Hill, and support their participation in moot competitions.

The Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Class of 2024 of The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill campus participated in an Oath Taking Ceremony on July 30. The Oath, a rite of passage for medical professionals symbolizes their commitment to ethical medical practices and compassionate patient care, serving as a solemn promise to uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in the field of medicine.
