The George Alleyne Chronic Disease Research Centre at The UWI Cave Hill, in partnership with the Shaw Centre for Paediatric Excellence, embarks on a study to shape policies that better support children’s health on the island.
The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and the British Virgin Islands International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC) have formalised their partnership in support of students and research into dispute resolution. The two parties signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) earlier this month to promote arbitration and other means of dispute resolution. Under the agreement, the BVI IAC will offer internships and fellowships to students from Cave Hill, and support their participation in moot competitions.
