You may find it useful to PRINT a copy of this page.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen you are finished reviewing the below steps, click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ssb-prod.ec.cavehill.uwi.edu\/PROD\/twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=homepage\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>GO TO THE ONLINE FORM \u00bb<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 1: CLICK APPLY FOR ADMISSION<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tYou will be asked to set up an account. As a first time user do this by clicking on&nbsp;<strong>First Time User Account Creation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 2: SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tYou will be prompted to create a Login ID and a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Make a note of your ID and PIN since you will need these to access your application information online after you logout of the system.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 3: NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE THE CPDLL POSTGRADUATE MODULES APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When you start the application process you will see a drop down menu that displays a number of on-line options.&nbsp; On the \u2018Select an Application Type\u2019 page, to access the CPDLL Postgraduate modules application, please select the <strong>CPDLL Postgraduate Modules<\/strong> application type from the drop down menu, and then click the <strong>Continue<\/strong> button, to proceed to the \u2018Application to Admission\u2019 page.<\/li>\n<li>On the \u2018Application to Admission\u2019 page you must select the <em>Admissions Term*<\/em> (e.g. 2018\/2019 Semester 1) from the drop down menu; enter your name in required fields, and then click the \u2018Fill Out Application\u2019 button to proceed to the \u2018Application Checklist\u2019 page\u2019<\/li>\n<li>On the \u2018Application Checklist\u2019 page follow the instructions and complete all relevant fields in the seven (7) sections listed. When you enter data in a section, a checkmark will appear by that section to indicate that all relevant information has been provided in that particular section. Each page of the on-line application form has instructions to guide you.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the application in full before submitting it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>*The Admissions Term for your course (s) of interest is specified on the respective courses pages.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you have filled all the required information on the form and you are satisfied, submit your application by clicking the <strong>APPLICATION IS COMPLETE <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<li>Print and sign the Declaration Page which is presented on completion.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 5: SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTATION<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tGather and submit the following Supporting Documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A&nbsp;<strong>CV\/resume<\/strong>&nbsp;of your job and other experience that is relevant to your desire to pursue the degree programme.<\/li>\n<li>Your CV\/resume must include your&nbsp;<strong>Employer Contact<\/strong>&nbsp;information \u2013 email and postal address (where this is applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Relevant <strong>Academic and Professional Certificates\/Diplomas<\/strong>&nbsp;obtained from institutions other than UWI&nbsp;<em>(certified or notarised copies)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tWe accept certified or notarized copies. &nbsp;If you wish to bring in original documents by hand you must also bring one copy of each original to our Office. We will certify and keep the copies.
