You may find it useful to PRINT a copy of this page.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen you are finished reviewing the below steps, click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ssb-prod.ec.cavehill.uwi.edu\/PROD\/twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=homepage\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>GO TO THE ONLINE FORM \u00bb<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 1: CLICK APPLY FOR ADMISSION<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tYou will be asked to set up an account. As a first time user, do this by clicking on&nbsp;<strong>First Time User Account Creation.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 2: SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tYou will be prompted to create a Login ID and a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Make a note of your ID and PIN since you will need these to access your application information online after you logout of the system.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 3: NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE THE CPDLL SHORT COURSE ONLINE APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the \u2018Select an Application Type\u2019 page, to access the CPDLL Short Courses application, please select the <strong>CPDLL Short &amp; Cert Programme<\/strong> application type from the drop down menu, and then click the <strong>Continue<\/strong> button, to proceed to the \u2018Application to Admission\u2019 page.<\/li>\n<li>On the \u2018Application to Admission\u2019 page you must select the Admissions Term* (e.g. 2018\/2019 Semester 1) from the drop down menu; enter your name in required fields, and then click the <strong>\u2018Fill Out Application\u2019<\/strong> button to proceed to the \u2018Application Checklist\u2019 page\u2019<\/li>\n<li>On the \u2018Application Checklist\u2019 page follow the instructions and complete all relevant fields in the eight (8) sections listed. When you enter data in a section, a checkmark will appear by that section to indicate that all relevant information has been provided in that particular section.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the application in full before submitting it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>*The <span class=\"text-danger\">Admissions Term<\/span> for your course (s) of interest is specified on the respective courses pages.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you have filled all the required information on the form and you are satisfied, submit your application by clicking the <strong>APPLICATION IS COMPLETE<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Once the application has been submitted, you will not be able to make any changes to the information online. Any changes to applications already submitted must be made&nbsp;in writing via email at <a href=\"mailto:cpdll@cavehill.uwi.edu\">cpdll@cavehill.uwi.edu<\/a> with details of the changes to be made.<\/li>\n<li>After submitting the application, you will be taken to the \u2018Admissions Agreement\u2019 page where you will be prompted to agree to our Terms, followed by the \u2018Declaration\u2019 page confirming that your application has been successfully submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Delegates of the Centre are responsible for informing themselves of CPDLL\u2019s procedures, policies and regulations, and the specific requirements associated with the type of certificate sought.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t&nbsp;\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<a name=\"Documents\"><\/a><strong>STEP 5: APPLICATION SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After receiving confirmation that you have successfully submitted the online application, you will receive an email with your CPDLL Identification number, and further instructions on how to register and pay for your course (s) of interest within three (3) to five (5) business days. The email will be sent to the email address you provided in the online application.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that if you have any outstanding fees for the UWI Cave Hill Campus, from previous enrolment, you will not be automatically accepted, and will have to settle any outstanding balances before you may enroll and register for any CPDLL courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>STEP 6: SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tPersons are required to submit the following documents to the CPDLL office immediately&nbsp;after completing the online application.&nbsp; Persons may also scan these documents and submit them via email at <strong>cpdll@cavehill.uwi.edu<\/strong>.
