Starting one’s own business has taken on critical importance in our increasingly turbulent economic and workplace environments. Additionally, training in business planning and new venture management has been proven as instrumental in transforming small single owner/family businesses into high growth/high yield ventures. This course addresses the role of market and customer analyses in business planning and takes you through the paces of business plan development and preparation.
